We have it all:
Two bedrooms, One Bathroom, in a spacious 960 square feet of living space..
Appliances include an Electric Range, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher,
and Air Conditioner..
The many services provided include 24 hour maintenance, laundry and dry
cleaning drop off and pick up service, package delivery area, 24 hour fitness
center, and heated pool. We provide quiet, beautiful comfort managed by
a friendly on-site team of staff members.
Our furnished apartments are priced at $918. This includes all that is listed
below, sewer, water, gas and electric utilities, along with private satellite
cable service. We can optionally furnish an apartment and supply biweekly
cleaning service at your convenience.
Living Room:
Sofa and loveseat, coffee table and end tables, lamps, television with
remote and decorations
Dining Room:
Dining room table and chairs, stools for breakfast bar, clock and decorations
Kitchen:
Dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster,
utensils, food storage containers, towels, pot holders, telephone, trash
and recycle baskets, cleaning supplies
Both Bedrooms:
Queen or twin beds, dresser with mirror or chest of drawers, night stand,
telephone, clock radio, lamps, complete bedding, blankets, pillows, laundry
basket, hangers
Bathroom: Towels, rug, shower curtain and liner, wastebasket,
soap dish, tooth brush holder and cup, bowl brush, and plunger.
Extras:
Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, recycling containers, waste container
